A Session Centered Around You

You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or even how to explain what you are feeling.

We will begin with whatever feels most present for you. That might be an anxious trigger, a relationship challenge, self-doubt, a difficult decision, an old emotional wound, or simply the feeling that something is keeping you stuck.

Together, we will slow things down, identify the pattern underneath what you are experiencing, and choose the tool that best supports you in that moment.

Sessions may include emotional processing, anxiety rewiring, practical coaching, or a combination of all three—depending on what you need that day.

What We Can Work Through

Our sessions can support you with:

  • Anxiety, overthinking and emotional triggers

  • People-pleasing, perfectionism and self-doubt

  • Relationships, boundaries and interpersonal conflict

  • Feeling stuck, unmotivated or disconnected from yourself

  • Confidence in your personal life, career, business or health

  • Limiting beliefs and patterns connected to earlier experiences

  • Difficult decisions, life transitions and uncertainty

Tools We May Use

Anxiety Rewiring Technique™

A guided process used to identify and release the emotional triggers and learned patterns contributing to anxiety, helping you respond to situations with greater calm, clarity and freedom.

Inner Child Rewiring Tool

Helpful when you feel anxious, hurt or emotionally activated but cannot fully explain why. This tool helps us gently connect with the deeper emotional experience and give that part of you the understanding and support it may still need.

Becoming UnStuck Tool

A powerful tool for moments of insecurity, discouragement or uncertainty. You will connect with a future version of yourself who can offer the perspective, confidence and direction you need to move forward.

The Triangle Technique

Used when you are experiencing conflict, confusion or emotional tension involving another person. This process can help you understand the situation from multiple perspectives, gain clarity and determine how you want to respond.

How to Prepare

Choose a private, comfortable place where you can speak openly without being interrupted. A laptop or tablet is usually preferable to a phone, and headphones can help you feel more present and maintain privacy.

Natural light and sitting near a window can be helpful when available, but it is not required. You may also want to keep water and tissues nearby and give yourself a few quiet minutes after the session before returning to work or other responsibilities.

Most importantly, you do not need to rehearse what you are going to say or prepare the perfect explanation.

Simply come as you are. We will begin there.
